Landscape architecture projects are becoming more and more complex investments, which require a comprehensive professional approach. For open space design projects a landscape architect is the competent professional who has all the necessary knowledge for the build-in and application of plants, paving, street furniture and smaller buildings.
The tasks of a construction inspector are to facilitate the choice of the most suitable contractor and to control the technical content of the planning documentation. The construction inspector is also responsible for supervising construction works to make sure that they correspond to the planning documentation, operative regulations and professional requirements. During the settlement of costs the construction inspector controls quantities, invoices and the realization of warranty criteria.
The supervision of open space design projects is done by our partners with a construction inspector authority. Our landscape architecture office is one of the most significant construction inspectors – we regularly give presentations and lectures on our professional experience.
